Terms Of Usage
This page sets out the legal terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) under which Ameyam Enterprise Private Limited or its relevant affiliated company in your territory of residence sell any of the products (“Products”) listed on our website, mobile or tablet application, or any other platform (collectively referred to as “Website”) to you. We seek to comply with international standards in distance-selling and e-commerce at all times and if you have any concerns, please contact us.
Placing an order
By placing an order for Products through our Website, you are confirming that you intend to enter into a contract with us for the purchase of those Products. All fields indicated as compulsory must be completed (which includes providing us with a valid phone number, email address). We will then send you an email confirming receipt, the details of your order and the delivery costs which will be added to the purchase price (if applicable).
Please note that neither completion of the online checkout process nor our confirmatory email constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only upon receipt of full payment from you. You can review the orders you have placed and their current status at any time by visiting our Website and clicking on “My Orders from Accounts page.
If we cannot supply you with the Products you ordered for whatever reason, we will not process your order and will inform you of this. If you have already paid for the Products we will provide you with a full refund as soon as reasonably possible.
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currency).
Cash On Delivery / Pay on Delivery services are currently unavailable.
Shipping and Delivery
DISPATCH
All our orders are dispatched within 24 hours from our fulfillment center in India. Orders placed on Saturdays post noon, are dispatched on the following Monday or the next working day.
SHIPPING FEE
We offer standard Free Shipping for Prepaid orders above AED 199. A flat fee of AED 19 would be applicable on order below AED 199. Shipping charges are non refundable.
DELIVERY & TIMELINE
It usually takes 5 - 7 business days (Inc dispatch), depending on your location. Please do not accept the package if it’s tampered with.
ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a tracking number/ID via email. You may also track your order by clicking on My orders from the Account section by logging in to your Virgio account.
AGREEMENT
The User understands and accepts that the correct and accurate postal or shipping address is a must for a timely delivery. The User shall be solely responsible for providing the correct and accurate postal or shipping address for delivery of the purchased products.
The risk of loss and title for the purchased products shall pass to the User on delivery of the purchased products by our Logistic Partner.
We are not responsible for any delays in the shipping of the purchased products, loss, or missing purchased product, or incorrect delivery of the purchased product which is due to the User’s fault or due to inaccurate, wrong, false, or incomplete information provided by the User.
The user agrees and acknowledges that any claims regarding order delivery (including non-receipt/ non-delivery of the order or signature verification) shall be notified to Virgio within 48 hours from the alleged date of delivery of the product reflected on the Virgio portal. Non-notification by You of non-receipt or non-delivery within the time period specified shall be construed as a deemed delivered in respect of that transaction. Virgio disclaims any liability or responsibility for claims regarding non-delivery, non-receipt of order (including signature verification in Proof of delivery) after 48 hrs from the date of delivery of product reflecting on the Virgio portal.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Exchange or Return of product is not available at the moment.

Authorized Card Holder
You may place an order for Products on our platforms by selecting the Product(s) you wish to purchase, adding them to your basket, and then completing the checkout process (an “Order”). During the checkout process, you will be asked to provide a number of details. All fields indicated as compulsory must be completed in order for us to process your Order (which includes, providing us with your name, delivery address (if applicable), payment details (except where cash on delivery is selected), a valid telephone number and email address). Any personal information that you provide to us will be managed by us in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Where you use a credit or debit card to pay for your Order, you confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
